Onsite and in house inspections
- We provide a complete 3monthly visual inspection to your lifting equipment as required by the Driven Machinery regulations act.
- Colour code tagging and colour code boards are supplied as per client’s requirements.
- Lifting tackle files are provided and managed as required.
- Inspections are provided in house or at the clients premises.
Onsite loadtesting
- Loadtesting to Crawl beams, jibs, spreader beams and A-frames.
- Loadtesting to overhead cranes.
- Loadtesting to fabricated items (provided they are manufactured to the correct requirements).
Repairs to Lifting Equipment
- Our in house repair centre is fully equipped to offer repairs to a wide range of lifting and rigging equipment including but not limited to: chainblocks and leverhoists, electric chain hoists, chainslings, plate grabs, beam crawls.
- Repairs are carried either to manufacturer’s specifications and/or the relevant South African repair standards.
- We offer an unrivaled turnaround time on repairs
Hand Splicing and White Metal Socketing
- We offer hand splicing to steel wire rope slings and soft ropes (poly prop and manila).
- White metal socketing and resin socketing services are also available in house.
